Vivid crimson in the glass with flashes of ruby at the rim. The nose is lifted and perfumed, brimming with red cherry, raspberry compote and wild strawberry, underpinned by hints of rose petal, dried spice and subtle earthy tones. The palate is pure and expressive, showcasing the sandy soils of Marananga with fine red fruits, pomegranate brightness and a savoury mineral thread. Silky tannins frame the wine beautifully, carrying a long, elegant finish that balances freshness with gentle power.
Sourced from low-yielding bush-vine Grenache grown on the sandy soils of Marananga. Fruit was handpicked at optimal ripeness to capture vibrancy and purity of flavour. After gentle destemming, fermentation was carried out in small open fermenters with hand plunging to maximise colour and tannin balance. The wine spent 8 days on skins before being pressed to seasoned French oak puncheons, where it matured for 12 months to preserve fruit expression and site character.
